Program 1 : Case Specific International Employee Handbook and Expatriate Policy Manual Development
You may have a single need. Your organization may already have an excellent intranet site that is designed for expatriates and global travelers. If you need to have a specific policy or procedure implemented efficiently using industry best practices, simply lets us know what you require. Your existing policy may also require a checkup since it's creation 5 (10?) years ago.
PRICING: In many cases we can quickly and easily update or supplement your existing policy. Pricing starts $500 per project. This would include the interview, the drafting of the expatriate policy and procedure (for the specific topic) and revisions to fit your corporate culture.
Program 2 : "Leasing" the Expat Web Site Portal
You may have an excellent expat manual or expat handbook now, but your IT Department has never been able to do something specifically for your expatriates and you have no good way of communicating with them now and no web based platform.
You can use our web portal to organize and communicate your existing international policy and procedure and the expatriate manual with everything in one place. We are a "best practices platform" for communicating all aspects of your expatriate policy. In Program #2 (this program), all policy is written by the client and the web portal is used to communicate new polices, new insurance programs, notices from HR to the field, security plans, or new service providers (or just about anything else you want to communicate)
The expatriate web portal includes all of the following:
- Website creation and setup
- Unlimited updates and communication news and calendar posts to expatriates
- Update guarantee of less than 24 hours

The PRICING for the standard setup would be as follows:
- One time setup fee of $1,200 to $4,000 depending on the number of hours of setup required to build the website and portal. (setup fee waived for non-profit and missionary organizations)
- Monthly fee of $195 for under 10 international employees accessing portal
- Monthly fee of $375 for 10 to 50 international employees accessing portal
- Monthly fee of $550 for 50 to 250 international employees accessing portal.
- over 250 employees requires a custom quote.
Program 3 : Web Site Portal + Review of Existing International Policy and Your Expatriate Handbook
This program uses the Web Site Portal to communicate existing expat policy and procedure to international assignees but also utilizes our service to review the existing policy and make recommendations in areas where it may need updates.
As we state in our Risk Free Offer, we offer to review existing expatriate policy and procedure at no cost. The total cost for this program will be the cost of the web portal (2) and the cost of building certain sections of the international policy (1) above.
Program 4 : Establishing an entire expatriate employee handbook and using the web portal to communicate it
Many organizations will have little to no current written policy for employees working or traveling internationally. Guidelines and written policy may urgently be needed. We offer the industry's most efficient approach to establish guidelines quickly and for getting them communicated.
Pricing will depend on what, if anything has been created already, and how much customization is required. However, the sole purpose of our organization is to create turn-key solutions whenever possible and to avoid customization if unnecessary. It is for this reason that if we are bidding against one of the large consultants for Program 4, we may be as much as 60% less expensive and 100% more thorough! Bids for a complete expatriate handbook / manual are typically UNDER $5,000.
